A simple way to accompany your children to play fun together
There’s a lot on a parent’s to-do list, and playing with your kid doesn’t always make it to the top. But play is important for your kid’s development, and getting down on their level to goof off for a few minutes can actually shave some of the stress off your day. It’s a win-win.

How to play with your baby?
For most of us, we figured that what really makes our children happiest is playing together for hours on end with water balloons, sidewalk chalk and soccer balls, often until the sun goes down. Video games, iPad’s, iPod’s and cell phones still compete for our children’s attention, but we limit the exposure to these items for a variety of reasons.Chief among those reasons is the desire to have socially and emotionally healthy children.

Does the key to the happiness of children really rest in playing simple activities with friends and not the obsession with the latest trendy electronic toy? Research seems to indicate that it does. Studies throughout the U.S. and Europe have looked at measures of children’s social and emotional wellbeing and have drawn the same conclusion – the things that really make children happy are not “things” at all. They’re really life conditions, such as having enough nurture and love; a strong sense of attachment to a parent or other primary caregiver; confidence and optimism about the future; physical health; a sense of belonging to something larger than oneself; and of course, basic needs such as food and shelter.

Children crave time with parents. It makes them feel special. Parents are encouraged to find time to spend playing with their kids on a regular basis. This should include one to one with each child and group time with all of the adults and kids in the home. If you are a single parent or have an only child, occasionally invite family or friends over to play.
How to make children and parents relax and happy?
We can use some toys. For example:

- …
Playing with kids builds a bond that will last forever. It lets the child know he or she is loved and appreciated. It opens the door for sharing problems and concerns when the need arises. It helps the parent get to know and under the uniqueness of each child. It is also great stress reducer for overworked parents.
